The Customer Support Executive should work on a quick turn around basis with respect to resolution of queries, be willing to imbibe the Insider language and tone, manage outgoing customer communication, and track and respond to any Insider related mentions/queries/feedback on social media.  


• Manage customer support for all events on

• Run and execute all aspects of support - from query resolution and communication to refunds and chargebacks

• Supervise the overall communication between Insider and the customer across platforms

• Develop efficient processes and technology solutions to ensure better customer experiences. Work with business development, social media, tech and product teams to ensure that the customer gets the best experience before, during and after an event
