Manager - Ticketing operations


Responsibilities - 

- Handle all aspects of ticketing operations

- Develop ticketing pricing, allocation and sales strategy

- Establish a robust project management framework to plan, manage and execute the entire ticketing program

- Ensure all risks, dependencies are identified and managed

- Develop functional strategies, policies, and budgets

- Interface with the client to ensure full coordination and communication around all ticketing and related operations, facilitate meetings with clients and other stakeholders

- Help streamline client operations to ensure efficient ticketing operations

- Provide inputs for technology customization, sales channel and distribution strategy development, ticketing production

- Manage the entire ticketing team and work within each sales area

- Develop detailed analysis of sales trends and provide regular reports to the client

- Run project war rooms

- Ensure smooth operations of all sales areas all interactive channels and box office

- Ensure full revenue reconciliation

- Lead and conduct sales efforts

- Interface with ongoing partners on all operational areas

- Lead all office related vendor analysis and negotiations

- Regularly develop analysis and key trends

- Interface with new clients and determine requirements for all (i.e. going live) related activities

- Provide execution, analysis and negotiations support in all other functional areas

- Develop processes as and when required associated with new product offerings

- Ensure full quality control and continue to update quality processes for ongoing and new activities 

- Develop and manage internal and external communications and presentations 

- Assist with budgeting and planning
